Electric buses are killing oil demand at a very fast rate and China is leading the way

(Source: IndiaTimes) China has been spearheading the fight against the use of fossil fuels by switching most of its transportation to electric vehicles. A new hero in this fight has now emerged within the country and it is unlike any mass production vehicle thought of before.

With its fleet of electric buses, China is very well on its way to make a major dent on its diesel imports. To put this into perspective, consider that by the end of the year 2019, a total of 270,000 barrels a day of demand is estimated to be cut down globally and China will be a major contributor in this.
